國際商法(代理法與產品責任法篇)（簡體書）

本書《國際商法》（代理法與產品責任法篇）以介紹英美代理法與產品責任法為主，全篇包括兩部分共八章。第一部分代理法包括：代理法概述、本人和代理人的義務、與第三方有關的合同責任和與第三方有關的侵權責任四章；第二部分產品責任法包括：產品責任概述、擔保責任、疏忽責任與嚴格責任制、賠償與辯護四章。
國際法雙語教學教材《國際商法》包括三本，即國際商法“合同銷售篇”、“公司與票據法篇”及“代理法與產品責任法篇”。國際商法是法學院國際經濟法和民商法專業學生和商學院學生必須要學的一門法律專業課，而外語又是系統學習理解國際商法的必要工具，基於這樣的目的，我們編著這套教科書，作為雙語教學的試用教材，供法學院和商學院大學英語四級以上的學生以及法律工作者學習理解國際商法和法律英語使用。
