Joseph Shaules is the director of the Japan Intercultural Institute and an associate professor at the Rikkyo University Graduate School of Intercultural Communication in Tokyo. He has more than 20 years of experience as an educator, author and intercultural trainer in Japan, Mexico and Europe.
