Andrew Greig is the author of the poetry collections Getting Higher, Men on Ice, Surviving Passages, and White Boats and the novels In Another Light, which won the Saltire Society Prize; Electric Brae, which was short-listed for the MacVitie's Prize and received a Scottish Arts Council Award, and The Return of John MacNab, which topped the Scottish bestseller list in 1996 and was short-listed for the Romantic Novelists’ Association Award. He is also the author of Summit Fever, about his expedition in the Himalayas.
