This book describes the development of the Caribbean Tourism Research and Development Centre (founded in 1974) and the Caribbean Tourism Organization, which shifted the way that tourism business was managed. The author, Jean S. Holder, served fifteen years each--for a total of thirty years--at the aforementioned organizations and wrote some sections of this book while working there.
