GENERATING ABUNDANCE
There is a part of your mind that knows that there is an unlimited amount of abundance in the world but there is another part of your mind that may have picked up fears and doubts around your ability to have enough money. These fears and negative beliefs can be picked up from family, peers or from the people around you. They can create a programme that runs at the back of your mind and this programme creates a self- fulfilling prophecy. Meaning that if you believe, deep down, that you will never have enough, then that is exactly what you will experience and even if money comes to you, you will find a way to lose it as soon as it comes in. This recording has been created to help you to change those inner programmes and to allow abundance into your life.

BECOMING EMPOWERED
You will be taken on a guided journey where you will get to connect with your higher self; the inner Hero or Goddess within you; the part of you that is, so often, hidden from view as fears and doubts cloud the perceptions of who you really are. As you reconnect to your inner Goddess/ Hero you can clear away blocks that have been holding you back and take full control of your life, transforming the way you see yourself and the world around you; leading to greater contentment, greater success and more joy in your life.
ATTRACTING LOVE
From the time you were born and probably even while you were in the womb you were learning about how it felt to be loved or not loved. All of us have a deep seated belief about what we deserve and if, at a very deep level, there is a part of you that feels unworthy of love or has in some way connected the idea of love with being hurt or rejected then you will struggle with allowing real love into your life. This recording has been created to help unpick those old unhelpful beliefs and ideas and to reprogram your mind to allow love to flow from you and to you. Most importantly it has been designed to help you to remember to love yourself because if you don’t how can anyone else?
UNLIMITED POTENTIAL
The beliefs that you have about yourself were created at a very young age when you may not have had a clear idea of who you really were and what you were capable of. Some of the beliefs that you picked up along the way may have been very unhelpful and making adjustments at the unconscious level can only change these. Lorraine Flaherty: works as a transformational therapist, using a process that she has developed over the last 12 years called Inner Freedom Therapy. This incorporates the tools of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Past Life Therapy, Future Life Progression, Life Between Lives, Inner Child Work and Spirit Release Therapy to help people to find the truth of who they really are and reach their full potential.
When she is not seeing clients she teaches Clinical Hypnosis, Accelerated Learning Skills and Communication skills to medical students and midwives in Universities all around the country including Oxford and Cambridge. Flaherty runs seminars in the corporate world teaching Presentation and Communication skills and run workshops in Empowerment, Self Hypnosis, Past Life Regression and Creating your Fabulous Future. She runs retreats on Finding Inner Freedom at locations around the world. She is very passionate about helping people to change their lives for the better.
