This book rebalances the norm dynamic literature by explicitly focusing on those who resist normative change - norm ‘antipreneurs’. It examines in detail the complexity of norm resistance – and the actors involved in contestation - versus norm promotion in specific issue areas. Furthermore, addressing specifically the sites and processesof resistance, it also illuminates the strategies and tactics antipreneurs deploy to defend interests threatened by new normative forces. Finally it redresses the balance in norm dynamic literature by considering a wider array of actors in the global norm life cycle.

作者簡介
Shirley Scott is an Associate Professor of International Relations at the School of Social Sciences, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, UNSW. She is the Coordinator of the Master of International Law and International Relations program.
Alan Bloomfield completed his Masters in International Relations at the University of New South Wales in 2005, and PhD at Queen's University, Canada, in 2006: He returned to Australia in mid-2013 as the Vice Chancellor's Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
