作者簡介
Nigar Hashimzade is Professor of Economics at Durham University and a Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and at the Tax Administration Research Centre.
Yulia Epifantseva is a USA-based tax practitioner who holds a PhD in Economics from Cornell University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
