作者序
政治學於國家考試不容易拿高分，考題變化多端且與時事脈動密切相關，若無法掌握知識體系及詳細內容，將無法於筆試的緊迫時間下寫出使考試委員認同的答案。政治學並非容易理解的學科，即便是本科學生，有時仍會因觀念模糊而無法掌握學科知識精髓，遑論要以有條不紊的答題形式呈現。在國家考試中，被政治學科拉低分數將大幅降低上榜的可能性。
筆者亦曾為國家考試的考生，在時間壓力下要寫出近乎完美的答案，是緣木求魚。或者說，根本沒有完美答案的存在，除理論有固定的內涵，其餘著重的是考生的思辨與表達能力。尤其政治理論及政治制度與實際政治息息相關，若考生無法掌握時事要聞，將會迷失考試準備方向。本書提供政治學的理論大框架，包含當前所有可能出現的考題和考點，以簡潔有力的方式呈現。若為初入門的學生，可以快速建立政治學架構；若為正在準備考試的考生，可快速複習並理解考點核心內容，使答題更加快速且架構化。筆者撰寫本書的目的是希望考生能以此書內容為答題範本，切中考題核心考點，並能延伸思考相關理論或批判。考生若能透過本書習得這樣的知識和技能，相信不僅在政治學，於其他科目亦能得心應手。
