That Still Small Whisper

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have peace both internally and externally 24/7, 365 days for your entire life? In a world that seems to be filled with uncertainty and begins to feel all-encompassing it is easy to get bogged down and feel as if you are standing in wet cement. You might feel hopeless. The Goliath of things like Covid, while getting attention due to it's magnitude, continues to loom large with paralyzing fear and torment for many around the world.

Before you say, "that isn't possible to have peace amid the storms and giants of life," I'd like to have you consider this:

Peace isn't a feeling, it isn't a state of mind, it's a person in the form of the Holy Spirit. And YES amid the "stuff of life" that brings turmoil and strife, anguish and heartache, worry and fear everyone can benefit from taking a few minutes each and every day where they hit the PAUSE button. Get alone for a few seconds and ask the God of the Universe to speak to you. Get in touch with the Spirit who lives IN you.

Every believer in Christ knows that when the Lord left this earth from his time walking and talking with the disciples, he left with them, in them for them his essence. The very nature that is God and is Christ IS the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity. We have him within us 24/7, 365. He guides us, teaches us, nudges us, encourages us, and will never leave us. You simply must talk to and listen to Him. He is peace My peace. Your peace.

So, no matter what is swirling around you, you are not alone. Never. You just have to make time with Him a priority in your day, every day. Ask Him questions, cry out, seek wisdom, and then listen to what that still small Whisper says back to you.

Daily living for these whisperings is what this book is about for everyone who desires to be at peace, completely connected and leaning on He, who is peace. It transforms you from the inside out.
